Axles

Certified according to ECE R13.11 Regulation, domestic drum brake system, axle group with 3×12 tons capacity each, front axle liftable.

Bucket

Tipper body compliant with 97/27/EC *2003/19/EC. Bottom 5 mm Hardox, sides 4 mm Hardox, rear door internally hinged and automatically locking.

King Pin

2” king pin compliant with ECE R55.01.

Brake System

Compliant with ECE R13.11, RSS stability control system, 2S-2M sensors, EBS WABCO brake system, 30 type service brake chamber on front axle, 30×30 emergency chambers on 2nd–3rd axles, automatic adjuster, EMC compliant to ECE R10.03, air suspension with leaf + airbag support, with shock absorbers.

Electrical System

2×7 pin sockets at ECE R48.04 level, 24 V lighting, side lamps, stop lamp, plate lamp, reverse lamp, compliant reflective tape, 70/222/EEC plate holder.

Tires + Rims

6 pcs of 385/65 R 22.5 tires and 11.75×22.5 rims, compliant with 92/23/EEC*2005/11/EC standards.

Chassis

Flexible and durable I-section chassis made of S700 (DOMEX) grade steel plates, cut and bent for strength, welded by MAG and submerged arc welding techniques.
