AXLES

Axle group with local drum brakes, certified at ECE R13.11 regulation level, each axle with a capacity of 4×12 tons. The 3rd and 4th axles are self-steering.

 

FLOOR

Patterned sheet/wood over the wheel arches, flat sheet in the middle section, patterned sheet on the sides, with side steps made of steel strips and plates suitable for climbing.

 

SURFACE PROTECTION

After SA 2½ grade sandblasting, epoxy primer and topcoat paint are applied in the requested RAL codes. (Average coating thickness: 120 microns)

 

BRAKE AND SUSPENSION SYSTEM

Compliant with ECE R13.11 regulation. Stability Control System (RSS), 4S-2M sensors, EBS brake system, service brake chambers and emergency diaphragm spring brake chambers, automatic slack adjuster, electromagnetic compatibility according to ECE R10.04. Air suspension supported by leaf springs and air bellows, shock absorbers preventing excessive axle movement.

 

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

2×7-pin socket according to ECE R48.05, 24-volt lighting, side lamps, stop lamps, plate lamp, reverse lamp, reflective tape compliant with 1003/2010/EU, rotating beacon.

 

TIRES + RIMS

16+1 pieces of 235/70 R 17.5 tires and rims sized according to the tires, compliant with 418/2011/EU standards.

 

CHASSIS

Flexible and durable telescopic box-section chassis made of S355 grade steel, strengthened by cutting and bending, assembled using MAG gas welding.
