AXLES

Certified according to ECE R13.11 Regulation, domestic drum brake system, axle group with a capacity of 3×9 tons each.

 

DRAWBAR

Ø50 mm towing eye and drawbar with leaf-spring suspension, compliant with ECE R55.01.

 

BUCKET

Compliant with 97/27/EC *2003/19/EC directive; reinforced bucket body constructed from high-strength steel profiles, 2 mm floor plate, high-strength steel side walls, and a 1500 mm high double-opening rear door with small window openings.

 

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

2×7 pin socket compliant with ECE R48.04, 24V lighting, side/stop/plate/reverse lights, reflective tape, license plate holder in accordance with 70/222/EEC.

 

BRAKE SYSTEM

Compliant with ECE R13.11; RSS stability control, 2S-2M sensor EBS; 24-type service diaphragm on the first axle, 24×30 emergency diaphragm on the second axle, automatic adjuster; ECE R10.03 electromagnetic compatibility; leaf-spring balance suspension system.

 

TIRES + RIMS

4+1 pieces of 385/60 R22.5 tires and rims in suitable dimensions, compliant with 92/23/EEC*2005/11/EC standards.

 

SURFACE PROTECTION

SA 2½ sandblasting, epoxy primer, and top-coat painting in required RAL color (approx. 120 microns total).

 

LANDING LEGS

Locally manufactured double-speed landing legs with manual hydraulic control and suitable lifting capacity.

 

CHASSIS

Flexible and durable I-section chassis manufactured from S355 quality steel plates, strengthened by cutting and bending, assembled by MAG/submerged arc welding.
