Test certified at ECE R13.11 Regulation level, domestic drum-brake axles, each axle group with 4×12 tons capacity.
1st and 4th axles are liftable; 4th axle is self-steering.

FLOOR

Patterned sheet/wood over wheels, flat sheet in the middle section, patterned sheet on sides. Ladder/step layout on side surfaces using flat bars and sheet metal suitable for climbing.

 

BRAKE & SUSPENSION SYSTEM

ECE R13.11 compliant, Roll Stability System (RSS), 4S-2M sensor EBS brake system, service brake bellows and spring-diaphragm emergency brake chambers, automatic slack adjusters.
ECE R10.04 electromagnetic compatibility (radio interference).
Leaf-spring and air-bellows supported air suspension system with shock absorbers preventing excessive axle movement.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

ECE R48.05 compliant 2×7-pin socket, 24-volt lighting, side lamps, stop lamps, license plate lamp, reversing lamp, reflective tape compliant with 1003/2010/EU, approved license plate area, rotating beacon.

 

TIRES + RIMS

16+1 pcs 245/70 R 19.5 tires and rims compatible with tire size, in accordance with 418/2011/EU standards.

 

CHASSIS

Flexible and durable I-section chassis formed by cutting and bending S355 grade steel sheets and welding with MAG gas-shielded welding for increased strength.
