The axle group consists of locally manufactured SAF brand axles with disc brakes, certified at ECE R13.11 regulation level, each with a capacity of 3×9 tons. The 3rd axle is self-steering, while the 1st and 2nd axles are fixed.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
Superstructure compliant with 97/27/EC *2003/19/EC directives. Reinforced with high-strength steel profiles. Floor: 3 mm ST52 bending sheet. Suitable for 1×40 ft, 2×20 ft, or 1×20 ft container combinations. Includes 2×6 pieces of 600 mm side posts with bottom storage slots.
CHASSIS
High-strength ST52 steel plates are cut, bent, and reinforced, then welded with MAG/submerged arc welding to form a flexible and durable I-section chassis. Includes 120×14 mm flat bar and 8 mm front and rear plates.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
ADR LED wiring with 1×15-pin socket compliant with ECE R48.04. Includes 24V lighting, side lamps, stop lamps, two license plate lamps, reversing lamp, reflective strips per 70/222/EEC, and approved plate holder.
BRAKE SYSTEM
Complies with ECE R13.11. Includes RSS stability control, 4S-3M EBS braking system, 24-size service chamber on the 1st axle, 30×30 spring brake chambers on 2nd and 3rd axles, automatic slack adjuster, electromagnetic compatibility per ECE R10.03. Pneumatic suspension with shock absorbers limiting excessive axle movement.
TIRES + RIMS
6+1 pieces of 385/65 R 22.5 tires and 11.75×22.5 rims compliant with 92/23/EEC*2005/11/EC standards.
SURFACE PROTECTION
After sandblasting at SA 2½ quality, epoxy primer and topcoat are applied in requested RAL colors. Average paint thickness: 120 microns.
