SUBFRAME
Transverse and longitudinal members are manufactured from high-strength St52-3 steel plates. Vehicle chassis connection is carried out in accordance with the system and superstructure criteria specified by the chassis manufacturer. It is produced compatible with the truck manufacturer’s chassis. The subframe is painted according to RAL color codes. The subframe is mounted with spring-supported and plate-type bolts.
BODY
Floor thickness: 8 mm HARDOX HB400. Side walls, front panel, and rear door: 6 mm HARDOX HB400.

Three-way valve installation on the exhaust collector system. The rear door opens and closes automatically via a mechanical system. To protect the upper part/roof of the driver’s cabin, the body will be designed in accordance with the deflector exhaust system. The exhaust will be inclined upwards.

Bracket / HYFIX system to prevent vibration of the empty body during vehicle operation.
Stabilizer / Safety bar / Balance arm (to limit the body lifting angle).
Hooks around the body perimeter for tarpaulin installation. Body lifting angle: 50°. Body safety support included.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Side marker lamps and rear and side lighting reflectors, at least 3 units on each side.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Front-mounted cylinder and pump directly connected to the PTO. Heavy-duty telescopic cylinder with pneumatic lifting control valve operated from inside the cabin. Pump capacity: 78 liters at 1000 rpm.

Filtered fuel pump and filtered return system. Control unit (button) installed inside the driver’s cabin.
High- and low-pressure hoses, nozzles, hoses, seals, and all related connections.
ACCESSORIES
Tool box and accessories, water tank, spare parts. Ladder mounted on the body on the driver’s side.
Side protection barrier / bicycle guard. Suitable hydraulic oil (70 liters). Spare wheel carrier. Reflective tape.
SURFACE PROTECTION
After sandblasting to SA 2 1/2 quality, epoxy primer is applied, followed by topcoat painting according to the requested RAL color codes. (Average primer + paint thickness: 120 microns)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Intended for the transportation of soil, rock, debris, sand, gravel, concrete, asphalt, and similar materials.

During the installation phase, the following conditions must be met:
Axle loads must be designed within permissible limits.
